"Ended up being a really solid stay"
I’ll admit I wasn’t totally sure what to expect going in, but our stay with Jeeves Florida Rentals turned out really well. The house was clean, check-in was simple, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. We had one small question about the pool and they got back to us quickly. The location was also super convenient for getting to the parks. Nothing over the top to report, but it was easy and smooth, so I’d probably book with them again...

"Way too far from everything"
At first I thought, okay, maybe it’s just a quiet spot and that could be nice. But after a day of constantly driving just to get anywhere useful, I was over it. It felt way too far out, the location ended up being more annoying than relaxing

"I was a bit worried when..."
I was a bit worried when my security deposit didn’t come back as quickly as I expected after checkout. I followed up once, and after that Jeeves got it sorted. It took a little longer than I’d hoped, but I was definitely relieved when it finally came through...

"Felt run down overall"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about going here: the place felt run down. The walls looked dirty, and there seemed to be broken stuff in a lot of spots. I’d probably wait until they make some repairs or clean things up before recommending it.

The kitchen was mostly well set up and had the basics we needed, pans, a toaster, and even a few decent knives that actually cut properly. A couple of the utensils were a little worn, and we did notice there wasn’t an extra baking tray, which would’ve been handy one night. Still, we managed to cook dinner there most evenings without any trouble. Solid 4 stars from us.

"Good enough for a family stay"
The house worked out okay for us, especially with the kids, and the pool made a big difference. Some things did feel a little worn, but maybe I’m just picky because traveling with family always makes me notice every small thing. Check-in could have been smoother too, though to be fair we were juggling tired kids and luggage, so that probably made it feel more stressful than it was.

"Beds Weren’t Comfortable"
I had a hard time sleeping because the bed felt really firm and just wasn’t comfortable for me. I was also a bit confused because the email made it sound like something different, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I got there.

"Great stay with a few little hiccups"
We stayed with Jeeves Florida Rentals and overall had a really nice experience. The pool was clean, the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable, which made it easy to settle in. The WiFi worked well too, so no complaints there. A couple of things in the place felt a little worn, and we did have to ask for extra towels, but it wasn’t anything that really affected the trip. By the end, we felt comfortable and happy with our stay, and I’d definitely consider booking again.

We stay at one of Jeeves Florida Rentals homes and the place was really clean when we got there. The bathrooms, kitchen, floors, everything look fresh and like someone actually took care of it. I’m picky about clean stuff, so it was a big relief for me. I would definitely booked again

"Communication could’ve been better..."
The replies weren’t super clear, so I ended up having to ask the same thing twice. Not a huge deal, but it definitely made the process a bit more frustrating than it needed to be!

"Photos made it look better than it was"
I booked this place mostly because of the photos, but it didn’t really match what we showed up to. Some of the furniture looked a lot older in person, the pool area was much smaller than it seemed online, and a few things from the listing just weren’t there. When I asked about it, I felt kind of talked down to, like I was being picky for noticing. The stay wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I definitely felt misled

"Decent stay, just felt a little overpriced"
It was an okay place to stay overall. I was only in town for a short trip and mostly just needed somewhere clean and convenient to sleep, so it worked fine for that. Nothing was really bad, but for the price I paid, I expected a bit more. I’ve stayed at similar places before that felt like a better value.

We had to keep chasing maintenance the whole time, which got really annoying. Replies were super slow, and even when someone did get back to us, nothing was really fixed properly during our stay. Just felt like we kept going in circles tbh.

"Checkout was a mess and the fees came out of nowhere"
The whole checkout process was confusing and took way too long. It felt like every site does this now where they wait until the last second to show you extra fees. By the time I got through it, I was just annoyed. Definitely not booking again.

"Pretty easy compared to other rental sites"
Booked a rental through Jeeves Florida Rentals and it was smooth. Compared to some other rental sites I’ve used, their site felt easier to navigate and the dates and pricing were much clearer upfront. I did have to double-check one detail before paying, but it got sorted without much hassle. Overall, a good booking experience.

At first the booking looked like a good deal, so I went through it quickly because I felt a bit rushed. Then extra fees started showing up later, and the total ended up being more than I expected. I just wish the full price had been clearer before I paid. Frustrating, honestly.

"Pool was fine, but the spa needed more attention"
We stayed here recently and the pool was okay for the most part, but the spa definitely wasn’t as clean as I expected. It took a while before anything was done about it, and the responses we got felt like those canned apologies that don’t really say much or fix anything. It wasn’t a horrible stay, but the spa could really use more consistent maintenance. Overall, average

Check-in was a mess. We waited way too long with no clear instructions, and nobody really stepped in to help. After a while it felt like we had to beg just to figure out what we were supposed to do, which left us resentful before the stay even started
